Supplier Declaration of Conformity
The +1 Compliance process for SDoC
A manufacturer who wishes to sell digital electronic devices in the USA must test the device to ensure that it meets the technical requirements of 47 CFR, Part 15, Subpart B and must keep a Supplier Declaration of Conformity (SDoC). If that manufacturer is located outside the US, they must appoint a Responsible Party in the US to sign the SDoC.
+1 Compliance simplifies the process for foreign manufacturers by providing a reliable and rapid process to meet this Federal Communications Commission requirement. Simply sign a representation agreement and provide with a copy of the test reports showing compliance to the FCC technical regulations. A completed SDoC will be returned to you that will satisfy the requirement. We understand the regulations and will competently interact on your behalf before the Commission as necessary. Our process is easy and completely secure.
+1 Compliance understands the compliance requirement and provides representation with unparalleled efficiency and immediate turnaround.
